How does AutoGlass work ?

AutoGlass software contains very powerful tools running under MicroStation. User defines the boundary limits for the pattern areas by drawing it or digitizing it from a digitizer. If inside edges is not parallel to outside edges then it must be digitized also.

In the second step, user must design contours of pattern areas. After that it is up to AutoGlass design tools. AutoGlass software can automatically place circle, square or diamond patterns as positive or negative. You may also use other options to design the desired patterns.

Upon completion of pattern placement, you are ready to plot the desired film and the production process can begin.

Before automated design software one automotive glass is used to complete in one day. Using AutoGlass software, you can update or change the patterns and orientation within hours without errors.

Using AutoGlass software, windshield side patterns, sun protection shells, mirror placement places etc. with all details can be produced. AutoGlass can also be used to make oven front observing glasses .
